The purpose of this correspondence is to notify you that for the last six months or more, you have not used our system under your talkBasic™ plan for which CareCloud, Inc., formerly MTBC, Inc., provided you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, limited license to access & use talkEHR™. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement,
this is a material breach. Consequently, the services are being suspended with immediate effect. Further, pursuant to Section-5, your
agreement will be terminated in 30 days and the account will be completely closed. Should you wish to use our system in future and have
your account reinstated, please reach out to our customer support at (732) 873 5133 x106 or email at
customersupport@carecloud.com for execution of an updated agreement.
